Jan. 2 - Ice Block started. Workers are planning 1200 Ice Blocks a day!  

Dec. 30 - Ice Palace workers clean off the ice.

Dec 26. Update! Ice Palace engineers and Carnival officials when out to lake Phalen and
cut several test holes to measure the thickness of the ice.

Dec 24. Lake Phalen was the home of the 1986 Centennial Ice Palace


Dec 19. The cement arches are in place. The arches will make it safe for the public to walk through.


The Cement foundation is in and ready to go!
