2020 Golf Registration

COVID-19 Readiness Plan:
Your safety during this event is our first priority, and we are implementing many precautions to maintain an enjoyable and safe environment. Some things you can expect:

  • Two people per cart 
  • The usage of masks will be highly suggested during times of socializing when six feet of distance is not available. Eating and drinking exceptions will be made. 
  • Hand sanitizer will be available for your use.


2020 Golf Classic Registration

  • Please provide the contact information for up to 3 additional team members and ADD THEM TO YOUR FINAL TOTAL before paying and submitting this form.
  • Is your team comfortable sharing a cart together? 2 people will ride together in a cart. If so, please list the team members who should be paired together. If a team member is not comfortable sharing a cart with others and would like their own cart, please let us know here.
  • Does anyone in your team have any dietary restrictions? (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc)
  • Price: $150.00 Quantity:
    Entry fee includes lunch, dinner, green fees and cart rental (up to 2 per team). This tournament is held rain or shine. No refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation due to weather. Cancellation requests must be received 2 weeks in advance to be considered for a refund.
