Bring the kid’s to Rice Park for Frozen Family Fun Night! Be sure and grab a bite to eat from one of our visiting food trucks, explore the ice carvings, bust a move with the entertainment from the stage, and ice skate at the Wells Fargo WinterSkate. There will also be a special appearance from the Saint Paul Mounted Police and from the newly crowned Saint Paul Winter Carnival Junior Royalty!
