The Saint Paul Winter Carnival Vulcans are thrilled to be partnering with Special Olympics Minnesota to host a Polar Plunge event at the Snow Park. The Snow Park Polar Plunge will take place on the block north of the Kidway, beginning at 12 pm and running for 45-90 minutes, depending on the number of participants.
