Stay for the Torchlight Parade, the Overthrow Of King Boreas followed by the Saint Paul Winter Carnival Fireworks Presented by Allegra/Image360 and watch Chase & Ovation the renowned Minneapolis-based Prince Tribute Band perform under the glow of a “purple” Rice Park!
