2019 Fancy Hotdish Competition

Witness local culinary greats compete in one of the most cut-throat competitions Minnesota has to offer: the 2nd Annual Fancy Hotdish Competition, hosted by The Lexington and delivered by US FOODS.

Chefs will be judged on creativity, taste, presentation and the use of ingredients while whipping up their unique hotdish to see who will reign supreme. Plus, you’ll have a chance to sample the entries and cast your vote to determine the People’s Choice winner! 

Admission tickets can be purchased below for $50 per person and includes access to this tasty event and two (2) drink tickets. You must have a ticket to attend.

Witness a true Minnesotan cook-off at the premiere Fancy Hotdish Competition, presented by Kowalski’s Market & US Foods,

on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at The Lexington in Saint Paul from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.


4 p.m. – Cocktail Hour

5 p.m. – Competition Starts

During the pivotal challenge, 7-8 local chefs will go head to head in this riveting competition to reveal who can dish up the best Fancy Hotdish!
