Ice harvesting for the 2017 Towers of Boreas in Rice Park will begin bright and early on Saturday, January 21 at Lake Phalen in Saint Paul.  Watch as professional ice harvesters cut and float ice to the conveyor belt and volunteers from the Saint Paul Building and Construction Trades load them into trucks and transport them to Rice Park in Saint Paul.
