At the culmination of the program, five exceptional women will be chosen to represent the Saint Paul Winter Carnival is members of next year’s Royal Family in the roles of Aurora, Queen of the Snows and the four Wind Princesses. The Candidate Program begins in November / December with applications accepted starting in the fall.
