Tickets are $25 for Adults and $15 for kids 12 and under in advance from website or from the West Winds. Tickets will be $30 for Adults and $20 for kids at the door.
Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation wrapped up their biggest annual fundraiser, Spirits of Carnival, Wednesday, May 16th with over 300 guests and more than 30 vendors in participation. The night kicked off at 5 p.m. with food, beer and wine samples from the Twin Cities’ most sought-after restaurants. The annual event took place in Hangar 300 at the Saint Paul Flight Center, where guests were able to enjoy food and beverage samples while enjoying the fresh air and sunlight pouring in the hangar doors.
An attendee favorite, the auctions (both silent and live) drew in the biggest crowd, not only supporting the Foundation but getting to enjoy the generous donations from local organizations, which ranged from tickets to local theatre events to a weekend stay in a condominium in New York City. Big ticket items in the live auction included a Chef’s Dinner at the RiverCentre, $5000 worth of carpet from Hamernick’s Interior Solutions, and a Giraffe Feeding at Como Zoo! Every guest walked away a winner as tickets included a complimentary beer glass, courtesy of the Beer Dabbler, and a wine glass, courtesy of Roseville Visitors Association!
The evening was a great success for the Saint Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation and a wonderful opportunity for guests to meet and re-connect with Carnival friends and community members from throughout Saint Paul.

Sugar Cube Ice Palace Contest
Show off your best sugar cube ice palace creation during the individual or team categories of this fun, new competition! Entries are just $10 on top of admission.
Guidelines for contest:
- Submissions are welcome after 4:30 p.m. on January 16th. Judging will take place at 6:30 p.m.
- There will be both a team & individual category with Judge’s Choice & People’s Choice for both categories
- No more than 750 sugar cubes (4 gram each) may be used.
- Get creative! Movement, lights & your imagination are welcome and encouraged.
All proceeds benefit the Saint Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation.
