Rice Park is a winter wonderland throughout all of Saint Paul Winter Carnival.  It is free and open to the public.  Highlights include ice sculptures on display, sit in a Royal Throne made of ice, view the Ice Castle Sponsor Wall,  live entertainment on the Rice Park stage, vendor booths and other activities.

It is decorate with beautiful lights and greenery.

And, if you’re so inclined, enjoy a Summit beer or Cannon River wine at the ice bar!

The Moon Glow Pedestrian Parade will officially kick off the first day of Carnival, January 24, in downtown Saint Paul. Come early and enjoy hot chocolate and cookies at Landmark Center. During the Grand Day Parade our newly crowned King Boreas will lead his Royal Family and their legions of friends through the streets of Saint Paul. Vulcan Victory Torchlight Parade
