With over 20,000 parking spaces in downtown Saint Paul it is easy to come and enjoy the festivities. Many of the activities take place near Rice Park 109 4th St. W. Saint Paul, MN 55102 and the Landmark Center at 75 W. 5th Street, Saint Paul, MN  55102. Or click here to see Rice Park on a map with nearby parking ramps. Nearby parking fees range between $10 and $20. On-street parking is limited. 

Public Transportation

Don’t care to drive?  Visit Metro Transit to plan your trip, get maps, schedules and fare information.  Use the Landmark Center (75 W. 5th Street, Saint Paul) or Rice Park (109 4th St. W, Saint Paul) as your destination.

Use the Green Line light rail to see the Rice Park activities! The Central Station is closest to Rice Park, where most of the Winter Carnival activities are centered. It’s 1-2 blocks to Rice Park from the Central Station – just head northeast on 4th Street East toward North Minnesota Street, turn right on North Minnesota Street for one block, and you will have arrived.
