Join us for some friendly competition, & participate in one of Minnesota’s greatest winter outdoor sports: boot hockey! While no experience is required, participants must be at least 21 years of age or older. We will assign registered players randomly to teams of 5 to 6 people the day of the event.

Take part in the third annual “Freeze Your Bags Off” Frozen Bean Bag Tournament. This is a 16-team bean bag tournament that takes place on 4th Street near the James. J. Hill Library in Rice Park. It is outside so come prepared!
This year, the bean bag tournament will run from Feb. 9th through Feb. 10th. On February 9th it will start at 7 p.m. and Feb. 10th at noon, so you can choose which day to participate or come for both!
The tournament requires pre-registration to participate. Cost is $25.00 per team. Entry fee includes entrance into the tournament; 2 drink tickets for the ice bar (non-alcoholic options available for participants under 21) and prizes for winning teams. Click here to register
The United States Olympic Committee’s Team USA WinterFest presented by HERSHEY’S is bringing the energy and excitement of the 2018 Olympics and Paralympic Winter Games, which begin February 9, to the Carnival.
The tour will feature meet and greets with figure skating’s gold medal winner Meryl Davis bobsledding gold medal winner Vonetta Flowers; as well as Olympians Jeremy Bloom (Ski and Snowboard), and Charlie White (Figure Skating).
Other highlights include Hershey’s S’moresmobile, a Bobsled Boomerang, and the OREO Curling Challenge.
