As fewer and fewer young people are becoming ice carvers, the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and our carving team want to do something about that and have created Carver Camp in partnership with Hennepin Technical College's Culinary Arts Program and their instructor, Chef Rosalie. She will be bringing some students to Rice Park this coming Saturday to do some instructional ice carving work, led by Paul and Deneena Hughes. Stop by to watch!
