As a board member, you will help guide our mission and our new strategic direction, as well as be the governing body overseeing the financial health of the organization.

Staff

The Saint Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation maintains a team of three and an office in the Landmark Center. This year-round management provides the volunteer support, programming continuity and fiscal administration necessary to assure the continued growth and success of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival.
