Committees of the Board, which also include some non-board members, are as follows:

Executive Committee, Finance & Budget Committee. Membership Committee, Protocol & Exchange Committee, Golf Tournament Committee, Saint Paul Holiday Cheer Committee, and Royal Float Committee. Nominations and Board Development work is done by the entire Board of Directors.

Staff

The Saint Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation maintains a team of three and an office in the Landmark Center. This year-round management provides the volunteer support, programming continuity and fiscal administration necessary to assure the continued growth and success of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival.
