As we gear up to celebrate the 140th anniversary of our beloved Winter Carnival, we invite you to join us in a heartfelt journey down memory lane. This year, we want to kick-off a "Remember When" campaign, where we encourage our community to share their cherished memories from past Winter Carnivals.

Whether it’s a favorite moment from your childhood, a family tradition that you hold dear, or a special experience that captures the spirit of the festival, we want to hear from you! Your stories will help us honor the rich history of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and create a tapestry of shared experiences that connects us all.
