Calling all Visiting Ambassadors from communities around the State! Our Applications are available to begin submitting to have the greatest weekend ever at the 140th Saint Paul Winter Carnival in 2026! Gather your Ambassador Friends and join us!

Ambassadors will arrive on Friday morning (8:00-9:30 am), January 23rd. The date listed on the registration form will be a hard date. We are NOT able to accept any registrations after December 30, 2025.

For Ambassadors joining the Saint Paul Winter Carnival from other regional events, please complete the form and payment online below or complete the application and submit with the first "submit" button at the bottom and disregard the payment section then mail in a check made out to SPFHF to SPFHF 75 W. 5th Street, Suite 429, Saint Paul, MN 55102.

PAYMENTS: YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PAYMENT SUBMITTED WITH THE CHECKOUT ITEM BELOW. THESE ARE TWO SEPARATE SUBMISSIONS, 1 FOR THE FORM ABOVE CLICKING SUBMIT AND 1 FOR THE PAYMENT BELOW ADDING QUANTITY AND CLICKING ADD TO CART. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO COMPLETE BOTH. THANK YOU!

Visitng Ambassadors cost is $500 plus fees if paid online. Fees are 2.85% + $0.50 + $0.10.
