Calling all Visiting Ambassadors from communities around the State! Our Applications are available to begin submitting to have the greatest weekend ever at the 140th Saint Paul Winter Carnival in 2026! Gather your Ambassador Friends and join us!

Ambassadors will arrive on Friday morning (8:00-9:30 am), January 23rd. The date listed on the registration form will be a hard date. We are NOT able to accept any registrations after December 30, 2025.

For Ambassadors joining the Saint Paul Winter Carnival from other regional events, please complete the form and payment online below or print the application and mail in a check to SPFHF, 75 W. 5th Street, #429, Saint Paul, MN 55102.

Visitng Ambassadors cost is $500 plus fees if paid online. Fees are 2.85% + $0.50 + $0.10.
