Calling all Visiting Ambassadors from communities around the State! Our Applications are available to begin submitting to have the greatest weekend ever at the 2027 Saint Paul Winter Carnival! Gather your Ambassador Friends and join us!

Ambassadors will arrive on Friday morning (8:00-9:30 am), January 29th-Sunday, January 31, 2027.

The deadline date listed on the registration form will be a hard date. We are NOT able to accept any registrations after December 30, 2026.

2027 Visiting Ambassador Registration

Visiting Ambassadors cost is $500 plus credit card fees if paid online. Fees are 2.85% + $0.50 + $0.10.

To avoid this fee, please mail a check made out to SPFHF: SPFHF, 75 W 5th St, Suite 429, Saint Paul, MN 55102.
