For the first time, the Saint Paul Winter Carnival will be there to kick off our 140th summer with a fun performance of the Winter Carnival Legend on Saturday from 9:45-10:10am PLUS we will host an activity booth with activities and prizes. We hope to meet 10,000 new friends over the four days of the Festival!
