Kick-off the 140th Saint Paul Winter Carnival, Presented by Dungarvin, with us! Join us at Rice Park and help celebrate the start of “The Coolest Celebration on Earth”. Gather your family and friends at Rice Park starting at 6 p.m. and there will be an AWESOME Laser Light Show at 6:15 pm. We will “Light The Park” with help from the Royal Family, the Vulcans and the community members that gather in the park. The first 200 people to arrive at the park will receive glow wands to light up at 6:15 p.m. that night. Have your own favorite glow stick or light-up item? Bring it with and help us Light The Park! The 2025 Royal Family will announce the kickoff to Carnival, plus special guest speakers and you can watch the ice carvers as they begin their beautiful ice sculptures, enjoy beverages at the ice bar, presented by Stella Residences - the newest apartment community in downtown St. Paul, view the beautiful lights of Rice Park and the City of Saint Paul, and immediately after, more fun ensues with the Klondike Kates inside Landmark Center (tickets sold separately) PLUS it's Winter Carnival Night at the MN Wild game at 8:30 pm!
