Watch as Vulcanus Rex storms the magnificent "ice" castle and confronts the Royal King's Guard. Upon the good counsel of the Queen, Boreas waves farewell to the people of his winter capitol and Vulcanus once again rules the land. The fun takes place immediately following the Vulcan Victory Torchlight Parade, on the steps of the James J. Hill Library near Rice Park.
Celebratory fireworks immediately follow in Rice Park- and in celebration of our 140th Saint Paul Winter Carnival, make your way to Landmark Center for a FREE indoor dance party for all ages!
