Celebrating 140 Years To help us celebrate the 140th Anniversary of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival, our partners at Ice Castles sent a master ice carver named Misha to Rice Park and he carved a beautiful 140 in ice. Don't miss this once in a lifetime photo stop opportunity!
