We are collaborating with Visit Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Downtown Alliance to show you how Saint Paul is LIT, every night of the 140th Anniversary of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival!

We are so excited to shine the light on the liveliness of the Capital City during this chilly winter season! Come out to Rice Park and visit the LIT restaurants and bars (look for the teal lights in their windows) and experience all we have going on with the Saint Paul Winter Carnival. Join us for unbelievable LIT UP FUN!
