We are excited to celebrate the 140th Anniversary of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival by inviting amazing and experienced show kite flyers from Minnesota who will fly incredible kites of all colors, shapes and sizes.
We invite adults and families with kids to come and see this spectacle on a frozen lake. Local restaurant Dock and Paddle will be serving their full menu and will be a great place to warm up!
