Saturday, January 31, 2026 – Torchlight Parade & Fireworks, Presented by Blaze Credit Union

• Parade staging will begin as early as 4:00 p.m. on Cliff Street off W. 7th. Staging will travel from Grace Street to Western, to St. Clair, to Cliff Street.
• The parade begins at 5:15 p.m. and will be concluded by 7:30 p.m. The roads will open as the parade passes by as determined by St. Paul Police. A 12 minute Fireworks show will follow after Parade in Rice Park.
• The parade will go Eastbound on W. 7th Street to 5th Street to Washington Street to 4th Street, around Rice Park and will disperse on 4th Street and exit from Market or St. Peter Wabasha out onto Kellogg.
• There will be no parking at meters along the route, including 5th Street. Please observe posted signs.
• There will be excessive traffic in the area of the Xcel Energy Center and Ordway Center to due to the Rodeo and a show at the Ordway.
•There will be an Impressive fireworks show following the Torchlight Parade between 6:45 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Fireworks will be shot from Rice Park this year, directly after the Dethroning on the Library Steps.
