The 140th Saint Paul Winter Carnival, Presented by Dungarvin, is celebrating in spectacular style with the Carnival Celebration, Presented by T-Fiber—and you’re invited to be part of the moment we officially celebrate “The Coolest Celebration on Earth!”

🕕 Festivities begin at 5 p.m.
Bundle up and gather your family and friends for an unforgettable winter night in the heart of Saint Paul. The ceremony starts at 5:30 p.m. with an inspiring kickoff program, followed by an AWESOME Laser Light Show at 5:45 p.m. that will transform Rice Park into a glowing winter wonderland.
✨ Help Us “Light the Park!”
Join Legend Characters and fellow Carnival fans as we illuminate the park together. The first 200 guests will receive glow wands to wave during the show-bringing your own glow sticks or light-up gear is encouraged too!

• Take in the dazzling lights of Rice Park and the City of Saint Paul
