Teri was born in St Paul and now resides in Oakdale with her husband John. She has long aspirations of being a part of a Winter Carnival royal family, and has spent the last 8 years volunteering in many capacities for the carnival. She has been a tax collector selling buttons, an event chairperson, and has volunteered for the Senior Association. Last year she was the Senior Queen for the Woodbury Ambassadors and now she would like to bring her passion for carnival into the senior royalty role for the 140th anniversary and help grow the organization.

Shirley Pike

Kitty Ryan

I am the farm girl from southern Minnesota who is the first and only lady Vulcan. The year was 1952 and I was 14 years old. I became a member of the Krewe because I twirled a fire baton. In 1956 I represented Brown & Bigelow as a candidate for Queen of Snows. I was engaged at the time and asked to remove my ring and I would be queen. I chose not to. Now, 2026, 70 years later I am trying for Senior Royalty so I can enjoy and help promote the 140 th anniversary of the SAINT PAUL WINTER CARNIVAL.
